Bionic Creative needs a junior print/web design to grow this little party.

This entry-level vacancy is a full-time position. Candidate must be a Singapore PR/Citizen. He/she should be a budding graphic designer who knows the basics and someone who is looking to learn the ropes to get more hands-on, real world experience in running a design business.

Character Requirements

• Eager to learn, self-motivated and responsible. No slackers please.
• Interested in self-improvement and evolution.
• You know what a deadline is, and you are committed to meeting it.
• You aspire to start your own business one day

Skills/Technical Requirements

• Basic knowledge of print/web design processes, especially prepress for print.
• Definitely must be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Great if you know InDesign, Flash, Freehand and Dreamweaver as well, but not necessary. And of course, MS Word/Powerpoint.
• Preferably a tech geek/web savvy. Resourceful on the web.
• No need for formal training, but must have some experience, freelancing or otherwise. A certificate can’t buy design flair and taste.

Job Scope

• Designing logos, brochures, and/or web interfaces, based on concepts/templates from the Design Director.
• Production work such as managing revisions and feedback requests on artwork
• Other design-related research and tasks
  

Employee Perks

• Overtime put in for deadlines may be reimbursed as hours off from the work day; subject to workload

Offered wage is S$1300 - $1500 per month, ($1200 for 3-months probation), 5-day work week (unless rushing for deadlines).
